“Current Trends in Algorithms, Complexity Theory, and Cryptography” (CTACC 2009) will be held from March 22 to 27 in ITCS, Tsinghua University. Eleven scholars from University of Aarhus (Denmark), including professors, postdocs and Ph.D candidates, have been invited to attend the conference. They will carry out discussions on algorithms, complexity theory and cryptography with faculty members of ITCS as well as scholars from Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of Sydney. Prof. Andrew Chi-Chih Yao is the general chair of this conference.

The first two visitors from Denmark arrived at the registration venue in FIT Building at 2:40pm on March 22, and the last arrived at 6pm. All attendees finished registration within 4 hours under the guidence of staff members from ITCS, including scanning passport and visa, collecting air tickets, handing out conference bags, etc.

In the following 6 days, visitors from University of Aarhus, Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of Sydney as well as faculty members from ITCS will deliver wonderful speeches to all attendees. It can be expected that CTACC 2009 will be of great success.
