On the afternoon of March 5, 2009, around 120 students of Yao Class from four grades had their first meeting in the spring semester of 2009. This meeting was organized by ITCS and held in the Lecture Hall of FIT Building.   

Both Prof. Yao and Prof. Wang gave speeches during the class meeting. Prof. Wang pointed out that students should have a positive attitude towards their study and have more passion for learning. She emphasized that students all should aim at getting fundamental achievements by making use of their knowledge gained throughout their educational years. She ensured the students of the strong support of ITCS to achieve their academic goals.

In his speech, Professor Yao strongly encouraged the students of being insatiable in your study and learning from the elite. He also answered students’ questions with great passion and had a lot of interaction with the students.
