The arrangements for holiday of University anniversary and Labor’s Day are as follows:
1. We have five days of holidays, from Apr. 30 to May 4.
2. The faculty should come to work on Apr. 25 (Sat) and 26 (Sun, anniversary), and these two days are to be made up for by Apr. 30 (Thu) and May 4 (Mon).
3. The courses on the morning of Apr. 25 are to be shifted to the morning of May 4; those on Apr. 26 to Apr.30; those on Apr.30 to Apr. 28 (Tue); and those on May. 4 to Apr.29 (Wed).
4. The courses originally scheduled for the afternoon of Apr. 25 (Sat), Apr. 28 (Tue), Apr. 29 (Wed), and May 1 (Fri) are cancelled, and are NOT to be made up for at a later date.
5. The courses on May 2 (Sat) and May 3 (Sun) remain unchanged.
