Research Summary

Xiongfeng Ma's primary field of research in quantum information science includes quantum key distribution, quantum random number generation, (semi) self-testing / device-independent quantum information processing, multipartite entanglement, quantum resource theory (such as coherence and entanglement measures), quantum benchmarking, quantum computing, quantum network, and quantum hacking. In particular, his research works explore the connections among quantum cryptography, quantum foundation theory, and quantum computing.
