Abstract:

Navigation in complex, cluttered, and dynamic environments is a challenging task which has many important applications in mobile robotics. Classical algorithms for navigation in dynamic environments suffer from two major impediments called the ``freezing robot problem'' and the ``navigation lost problem''. In this talk, we will discuss our recent work about solutions to these two problems.
