The Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences (IIIS), headed by Turing Award winner Professor Andrew C. Yao, is a well-established academic unit at Tsinghua University, aimed at creating a world-class environment for research and education in computer science and related disciplines. IIIS currently has 32 full-time tenure-track faculty members, and is actively recruiting outstanding scholars to join IIIS in its exciting growth toward excellence.

岗位描述:
清华大学交叉信息研究院成立于2010年12月,是国内首个从事交叉信息科学研究的教学科研单位,致力于推动理论计算机科学和量子信息科学的发展。交叉信息院建有一个百级/千级超净间,拥有电子束曝光机、光刻机、蒸镀仪、聚焦离子束等设备,可以进行电子束曝光、光刻、金属及介电薄膜沉积、干化刻蚀、离子束加工、压焊等量子器件制备与表征工作。现招聘一名实验技术人员(工程师),负责超净间微纳加工设备的运行、维护及工艺开发。
岗位待遇:
根据应聘者资历,提供有竞争力的薪酬。聘用人员签订清华大学非事业编制劳动合同,依法享受“五险一金”。
工作内容:
1. 负责电子束曝光机、甩胶机、等离子体清洗机、膜厚测量仪等微纳加工设备的运行和维护,根据科研需要进行应用工艺开发;
2.撰写仪器操作手册,负责设备用户培训;
3.进行超净间支撑设备的日常巡检和运行维护;
4.负责超净间的部分日常管理和耗材订购,执行超净间各项规章制度。
能力要求:
1.具有微纳器件制备、表征与测量相关专业硕士或以上学位,具有博士学位者优先考虑。有两年以上的超净间使用经验,有设备维护及管理经验者优先考虑;
2.熟悉微纳器件制备工艺,有电子束曝光机、光刻机设备的使用经验,有RAITH-TWO150使用经验者优先考虑。有薄膜沉积、材料刻蚀、样品处理、器件测试等工作经验。熟悉真空泵等各类真空设备运行原理,有真空检漏经验;
3. 能够进行仪器设备的安装、调试与维护,能根据科研需要进行应用工艺程序的开发。能够对用户进行设备使用培训、考核以及进行超净间日常管理;
4. 擅长撰写仪器操作手册,能够熟练阅读相关设备英文文献,能够用英文进行基本的专业交流。
5. 严谨诚信,责任心强,有服务意识,有团队合作精神。
